Continued Increase in Oil Production Rates and Aspirations to Reach 1.4 Million Barrels per Day
Thanks to the support of the Government of National Unity for the National Oil Corporation and the allocation of the necessary budget, the corporation has successfully continued to increase daily production rates. Today, Thursday, October 31, the production reached 1,336,185 barrels of crude oil and condensates.
As part of its plan to increase production, the corporation is preparing to restart four fields that were out of service—Al-Dhara, Al-Bahi, Al-Mabrouk, and Al-Tahara—soon, with an additional production capacity exceeding forty thousand barrels.
The corporation also aims to achieve a production level of 1.4 million barrels per day by the end of this year.
